Due to its remarkably high purity level and absence of contaminants, ultrapure water is the preferred solvent for sterlizing medical equipment. Asia Supply engineered a 1000L/hour ASTM type II water system to meet our client's requirement for medical equipment sterilization. The reverse osmosis system generates a high-quality feed water for the mixed-bed resin system, effectively removing a wide range of impurities and contaminants. Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and Ultraviolet (UV) irradiation were also incorporated to eliminate organic substances and harmful bacteria. This system is configured to run continously, ensuring consistent quality in the production of ultrapure water.  By utilizing ultrapure water water, the risk of introducing impurities into medical equipment is minimized, thereby crucially maintaing product quality and safety.
