Laboratory Usage

Ultrapure water for laboratory usage is water that has been meticulously purified to remove impurities, ions, and contaminants. In view of our client's laboratory usage application, Asia Supply designed and commissioned a cutting-edge 1000L/hour ASTM type I water system to fulfil this requirement. The reverse osmosis system generates a high-quality feed water for the mixed-bed resin system, effectively removing a wide range of impurities and contaminants. Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and Ultraviolet (UV) irradiation were also incorporated to eliminate organic substances and harmful bacteria. This water surpasses the quality of standard distilled or deionized water, reaching an exceptionally high level of purity. It is free from dissolved solids, organic compounds, and microorganisms that could interfere with laboratory experiments or analyses. Ultrapure water ensures accurate and reliable results in various laboratory applications, including analytical chemistry, molecular biology, and medical research. Its high purity makes it an essential resource for diluting reagents, preparing solutions, and conducting sensitive experiments where even the slightest impurity can affect outcomes.
