Ultrapure water for cosmetics manufacturing is highly purified water used to ensure the safety and quality of cosmetic products like creams, lotions, and makeup. It is free from impurities that could affect the products, helping to maintain their effectiveness and stability In view of our client's cosmestics manufacturing application, Asia Supply designed and commissioned a cutting-edge 3000L/hour ASTM type II water system to fulfil this requirement. Ultrapure water is essential for producing high-quality cosmetics that are safe for consumers and meet strict industry standards. The state-of-the-art electro-deionization (EDI) system was installed, alongside mixed-bed resins, to eliminate impurities and contaminants from the water source. Total organic carbon (TOC) and ultraviolet (UV) irradiation were also introduced to eliminate organics and germicidal bacteria.This system is configured to run continously, ensuring consistent quality in the production of ultrapure water.  By utilizing ultrapure water water, the risk of introducing impurities into the cosmetics products are minimized, thereby crucially maintaing product quality and safety.
